I help adults of all walks of life meet their unique needs and gain the self-worth they deserve.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 12 years of experience in the field, currently seeing clients in New York, Colorado and Virginia. I obtained my Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Work with a specialization in Social Work and the Law.
My goal as a psychotherapist is to bring out an individual's ability to thrive at their utmost potential. I combine a personalized therapeutic approach with evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy. These practices enhance one's ability to challenge destructive thinking, utilize strengths, and overcome the feeling of being defined by their struggles.
With the supportive benefits of psychotherapy, I fully believe anyone can develop the skills necessary to improve their daily lives. I collaborate with my clients to create a unique “toolbox” of techniques that we discuss and practice in each session. After practicing these techniques between sessions, clients will be better prepared to manage the uncertainty of the future, and the mental health challenges that come with it.
