Insurance

I am currently in-network with:

• Aetna

• Cigna/Evernorth

I also accept out-of-network insurance plans. I offer a sliding scale of $150-$250 per session depending on your financial need. If you have insurance, I recommend contacting your insurer to learn whether our sessions can be reimbursed or partially covered under your plan.

For in-network plans (Aetna/Cigna), ask your insurer:

• Does my plan have in-network outpatient behavioral health benefits? (this is needed to cover our sessions). If yes:

  • Do I have an in-network deductible and if so, what is it? (a deductible is a dollar amount that the you must pay out-of-pocket before before services can be reimbursed by the insurance plan)

  • Do I have an in-network copay (once the deductible is reached)?

For out-of-network plans (other than Aetna/Cigna), ask your insurer:

• Does my plan have out-of-network benefits? If yes:

  • Do these benefits include outpatient behavioral health? (this is needed to cover our sessions)

  • Do I have an out-of-network deductible and if so, what is it? (a deductible is a dollar amount that the you must pay out-of-pocket before before services can be reimbursed by the insurance plan)

If you have out-of-network benefits for our sessions, I’m happy to submit claim forms for our sessions on your behalf so that you can get reimbursed.
